It's ready, Camping World called yesterday telling me The Discovery is ready to go! I ask if I got a Black Friday discount if I picked it up then but you guessed it, NO. Plans are for Monday since we are keeping a 4yo and a 1 yo this weekend.

I reserve the right to speak proudly of CW, providing everything is fixed correctly!

Having over 75 sky dives under my belt, I have NEVER jumped out of a "perfectly good airplane". To the best of my knowledge, they were all "properly maintained" but perfect? LOL

OTOH, I have flown in a few planes that were not perfectly good wishing I had a parachute.

Herb - when ya come to the end of Barbs honeydew list today can you give us a site by site headcount and a shameless promotion on GC Redux 1.2... inquiring mutants want to know. AND - It might get some would be mutant fence sitters to sign up or perhaps even apply for license to travel the rainbow as members of the RVMdom...

We are starting our pack it up and move it out countdown for Monday... will miss this place but look forward to the next one!

Atchafalaya ... What a delightful word to roll off the tongue. Whiskey Bay and Bayou des Glaises ....

The Atchafalaya Basin: home to cypress and tupelo, and maybe the world's longest causeway. There are certainly no cities here to mar the landscape, nor any escape ramps neither!

Sweet as Tupelo honey!

We did not... Annie promised Evelyn steak and shrimp and I was the chef... Richard - the propane man that lives across from us was smoking and frying and baking a bunch of turkeys. But we just watched folks walk by with their side dishes. I think he said 110 were signed up. So at now we have a number to shoot for at GC Reduce 1.2 - 56 mutants and we'll be over the top. I think we have 17 so 39 more and we're there!

I think I'm ready....

I met Steve and Anne, learned the secret handshake and all and now sincerely desire to become RVM number next. I don't have a dish washer and I don't have an iron and got to say I miss neither.

Sweet as Tupelo honey!
You can take all the tea in China... put in a big brown bag for me...

She's as sweet, as Tupelo Homey. Just like honey baby, from the bee...

Was going to post the YouTube but the song is just over 7 minutes... eek

The journey is the destination. I got a secret weapon. A well informed neighbor. Whoever came up with that sure got it right. I just love seeing the world roll by on the other side of that windsheild.
