All settled in down the street from Steve & Annie. Been a long day. Before we got out of San Antonio I had a nasty encounter with a water faucet. It caught my left shin and man it hurts. Kinda tore off some skin so it bled a fair amount. Who said this rainbow didn't have some sharp edges? LOL
Time to call it a night.

Don - looking forward to putting the curious in curiosity with you guys. Just have to get Annie accustomed to the weather or past the cold she has - or around the allergies or whatever she has...

Wait! You mean there are Hawaiian shirts that arn't ugly?
Yep, I can compete every day! We can refer to them from this day forward as my mutant wardrobe! YES!
Had been thinking of getting a Kamona but wasn't sure about having Nothing under it!
( those that may be offended refer back to last April postings of Dave' revealing at the first GC@CL)

Shirts for you guys and MuMus for us gals? Goodwill, here I come. Steve, PM me your and Annie's sizes and I'll look for you also. I can't think of a state that might have more thrift store ugly Hawaiian than Florida.
Hmm, maybe I should buy all that I can find in multiple sizes and set up a little pre-contest bazaar?

Dave, Friday morning I awoke with a nasty abdominal pain. Spent the day wandering town towing my utility trailer gathering food from donors, for the shelter I volunteer at. After supper Friday the pain was quite bad so I went to the neighbourhood walk in clinic and the doctor once he saw me admonished me for not going straight to the hospital. Anyway at 10:00 pm I awoke in recovery with an innie instead of an outie.

^^^ Wait... Possum - didn't I talk to you Friday??? You sounded good then and didn't mention being in pain... sorry to hear about that.
You and DaveDeb1 suffer in silence and then tell us post - "Man that hurts!"
Ommms to you both from Steve and Annie.

Ooh, ooh, Muumuus! C'n I wear an ugly shirt to cover up my ugly muumuu? Do they go with ugly flip flops ... or Croc knock offs?
It sounds as if more ommms are in order. Sheesh, you guys, cain't ye keep it together for one week in a row? Possum, Dave, and now Don and Annie! I think those spouses need to do a little better job of minding their poor mutant (or non mutant) partners! Ommmm!
(Mind you, Martin broke his wrist last spring on my watch....)

That's right Sue, with the all important GC@CL Redux 1.2 April 15-22., at Catherine's Landing in Hot Springs, AR these folks have got to stay healthy!
All of the fun, games, food, stories and fashion shows will be much more fun with healthy mutants.
As you know, all mutants are invited to this fun!
Yep, that's a shameless promotion, but true!

Tim, this is my rendition that won Denise and I first place in the first ever Tackey Tourist Contest here in Port Alberni.
BTW its OK to admit that you really don't stand a chance in the ugly wearing a Hawaiian shirt contest.
Sue ST - Small Tent.
P.S. Y'all should be really happy my pink and yellow shorts ain't showing. They were definitely the winning part of my ensemble.
