^^^^ Actually Wayne - Annie is from Normal - Normal life
has been left in the review mirror so I am happy where I am - but we could certainly have been happy with the seasonal average of 70 degrees.... my grill and smoker are sitting idle under their covers... they are feeling neglected. It's all good though. And BTW - when you recommend RV Parks near you - aren't some of them where I grew up... lol.

Most likely missed it. It was several pages back. Just look for a post from me with several blank lines and a hanging around. Just kidding on the plagiarism.

The smoker and grill works in cooler weather, just sit closer to one of them to keep warm.

Yes, there are a a few around the Dickinson area. Gre.en Caye is popular because of sort of half way between Houston and Galveston. The Palms is closer to Down Town Dickinson and has a restaurant on site, It is on Hwy 1266 (Dickinson Ave) but the sites are close together. Not a heck of a lot to talk about on that one. As big as Texas City is I am very surprised that there is not a CG in TC. I think it has something to do with the ......can't say.
Bay Colony is on 517 (West Side of I-45). Galveston Bay RV Resort is nice. There are two others being built. Don't know what there names will be or when they will open.

Galveston has several nice ones.

Well, it figures, when the Half Time comes about during the national football games, we miss a lot of nice things watching 3 jocks tell us what we already saw.

Here is an Eagles Half time: Half Time Show

Hey, I'm finally caught up from 100+ posts ago. Howdy all and HNY!!! EST SAYS 10 more minutes, and the guest band down the way is still going strong, although all we hear is the bass. Nine o'clock is the new midnight, but they don't know that yet.

I'll have to wake Martin up to wish him HNY ... Oh wait, not a good idea!

New mutants on board -- welcome, mucho welcome! New blood and someone to pass the broom to. Might need a shovel, too!

Cheers! Sue #36

RVM 2014 Roster
This year we lost Mike "Dunner" may he rest in peace.
As of GC@CL in April - the 1 year mark for RVMs there were 79 Mutants as rayandjan (RVM79 - Dwayne and Sharas' family from Marble Falls) and the Kids - Plasma800 (RVM78 Andrea and Jay) actually joined at Catherine's Landing - First Ever GC@CL!

Since April we have added 25 new Mutants. Our growth continues but our growth rate has slowed. That's OK though - because many folks are destination oriented - whereas we mutants believe the Journey is the destination. Many miss things they don't have in their RV - and we mutants don't miss what we don't have. Many folks find pondering pointless and we mutants think the ponder is a way of life....

So here we are mutants... rolling into year 2 and New Rainbows.

All the best in the new year to all of you! You make our journey a multicolored adventure in living the good life!! Tip O the Hat for that and everything!

Steve and Annie

Happy New Year all you STM's and welcome to new muteys 103 and 104. Dang I step out a few days and you muteys go into hyper post mode. Steve I'm peeling back the invisible cloak and stepping back into the warmth of the rainbow cause it's colder than you know what here in DFW and we are just starting to get a little sleet.

Wayne tell Earlene to warm up the coffee cause my partner is back in the saddle week after next and this rainbow rider is pullin out and heading South!

Bob I already have you and Steph a spot saved so I will send you a text so when you call CL to make your reservation you can tell em what your space number is.

As for the rest of you Mutes, if you haven't made plans to come to the best ever GC@CL Redux 1.2 in Hot Springs next April and you want to join us (and you know you do), PM me for details and lot assignments. There is still plenty of room so come on and join us!

Woo Hoo Happy Happy New Years!

May the warm winds of Heaven blow softly upon your house. May the Great Spirit bless all who enter there. May your moccasins make happy tracks in many snows, And may the rainbow always touch your shoulder.- Cherokee Prayer

Happy New Year Everyone... I'm off to bed to go snuggle in the new year with the one who loves me, 'cause I can't think of a better way to start a year off right!
