Yeah, but it's strange that after you wash your hands you have to pull on the handle to open the door. All restroom doors should push outwards. Even the portapotties you have to slide the latch. Wonder how many hands without sanitizer (if any) have touched that. AND, just the other day in a MacD's I stopped for a pit stop and as I walked in an employee walked out of one of the "spaces" and never even slowed down going by the wash basin area.
Yep! Real easy to keep sanitized. The heck with it - my immune system is building up.

Our membership list of mutants needs to set a goal of 30 participating members attending the Grand Curiosity. Without shame contact (by PM) those you know that would really enjoy the experience.
List YOUR "top 5" experiences at the last Grand Curiosity. I'll start. . . . .
1. Meeting fellow mutants (attaching a face to a RVM#)
2. Great food
3. Great music
4. Talking and getting to know fellow mutants and finding out we're amazingly alike
5. Experiencing touching, funny, meaningful, outrageous, unexpected, relaxing, memorable, surprising, thought provoking, eye searing, and one-of-a-kind moments
|
Every thing you said and every thing after that everyone else says.

You might also try to stand on one leg faced in a southerly direction with one eye closed. It's a series of events that opens the email access ports.

Meeting all these great people that excepted me for me and passed no judgment. (Out loud anyway lol)
Being able to help some people.
The help I received from others.
The new found family.
Of course the forest Gump impersonation
The steaks oh my they were great.
Of course the chilly
And the rain storm was fun.
Wayne (enough said ) lol
Watching the TX crew ride in and waving.

Does that include a layover GC 1.2 Redux in April Mike. We will slow roll out of Hot Springs to Normal IL to arrive April 30th. Heading toward Sioux Falls mid May with a week stop at Amana Colonies. From there westward.

But when I was growing up, my parents said there's absolutely no excuse for taking what isn't yours except if you're starving to death and need some food. AND pay that back when you can. I don't sympathize much with crooks. No "ahhhhhhhh, poor things" they've had a tough life, etc, etc, etc, etc.
BTW, my eyes (especially the left) have healed real well. The specialist wants to see me in 3 months (JUST AFTER SOME TYPE OF GATHERING IN ARKANSAS). Occasional "floaties" in the left eye. Also, I think I need new glasses to compensate for the damage done with the detachment.i
Welcome to our new mutants. Reminder to all mutants to seriously ponder attending the gathering in Arkansas in April. You will enjoy it and it will be an event you remember for the rest of your life.
Healing ohms to those that need them.

So Papaw Steve, does that mean you and Mary Ann will be ready for a mini-C in about 2 weeks?
It rained hard here last night, but the skies are starting to clear up now. Most days are shorts and T-shirt weather. Hurry on down!

6. Having your sides hurt from laughing so much.
7. Being amazed that a group of 45+ people could spend 7-10 days together without anyone getting their nose outta joint.
8. Being so sad when everyone left.
Sena, Lily and I'll be there. You'll be sorry if you don't join us.

Mornin mutes! I can only say "ditto" to what the others have said about last years adventure in wonderland. Those steaks provided by KS Crude were outstanding... But then so was all the food! We had a blast listening to the band and dancing beside Jeff and Marcia and Wayne and Earlene too and others. Since Barb and I were still fairly new to RV lifestyle I learned a lot from Dwayne's class. Now there is a talented guy with a beautiful gal! Then Di and Larry hosted us to see Larry's handiwork in their coach.... Man I still want to do that in ours, but I'm not talented that way and Larry doesn't hire himself out so I'm still lookin for someone.
Anyway, if you've not been to one of our shindigs you don't know what your missin so PM me or Steve and let's get you signed up for your space. We have so many new mutants it would be great to meet you all in person and you will be so glad you made it a point to join us.

Does anyone still have the schedule of events from the 2014 GC@CL? It might entice some to sign up for the 2015 GC redeaux if they could see what all happened last April.
And a note to all ladies attending the April GC in Hot Springs, AR -- proper attire for the opening night ceremony is a kimono. You can find them online from Amazon and other retailers. Search for "Ladies kimono robe".
