True, but taking care of family comes first.

Here's a ponder mutants. Ice chests. We have and keep beer, water, soda, mixers, gallon jugs of tea etc in them.

Seems we are having a hard time keeping ice going in them. So... drain the water or let the ice melt and keep the water.... ???

This may be a trick ponder.

My thinking, if everything is in sealed containers, no food item just drinks, just keep adding ice as needed. Drain water before adding new ice. I have a ice maker that works pretty good, add water, couple minutes later, ice!

Warning, I may have cow chips stored in some of my chest!

Any other takers... let the ice melt and keep it in the cooler, drain before adding next ice. Or keep draining the water as the ice melts?

Melting ice and resulting water will stay at or near 32F until almost all of the ice is melted. Add ice, drain enough to add more beverages.
Cold nuff for brewskies fer sher, bro!
That is all.
Back to the bonfire.

Does it act as fertilizer for those chest hairs?

Lot less smelly to just glue on a flat wig.

Was talking with the neighbor that works here about how much faster the ice from the clubhouse seems to melt than ice I buy in town.

His answer - probably the salt in the water. Now I use Mortons salt in my softener and our house ice is good. He says they use some other kind of salt.... I jokingly said - winter road salt.... he said it's pretty rough. Hmmm. Ice melting faster due to salt content.... water with salt content melting ice.... is that plausible??? Methinks so. But figured your mutants might know.

Not for chest hairs, but it does keep pilfering to a minimum! The official cows are currently being feed special formula grain to produce the Official Mutant Olympic Cow Chip!

Overall winner will take on the Canukes! Better start practicing now, Les may not be much help to you, he's out playing in the sun.

Careful Steve, you may store beer in the cooler and wind up with ice cream!
