Some folks just have WAY too much disposable capital. Thankfully, I've never suffered that affliction.

Pawpaw Steve... I was up also, just didn't check in so no prize for me....
Had a farm to go chore... couple of horses, cats, lots of dogs, goats ,lots of chickens... it's fun for short spells! Oh, and one horse is so old he hasn't many teeth, so I get to give him peppermint candies... he enjoys those!

Oh no! We were all going to sit and wait while you had a few drinks and then rode the Segway. Please don't spoil everyone's fun, please.

BTW - - our MH freezer is 3/4 full of freshly washed and desteminated strawberries. For you mutants attending CL gathering, think home made shortcake, ice cream, delicious strawberries from Florida, and whip cream.
We have a place up the road in Alvin, TX, called Froberg's. We go up there every once in a while to get vegetables and especially strawberries. You can pick your own, or purchase already picked. Doesn't seem to matter which month, they always have strawberries. Picked some up in January, and people were out in the fields picking their own.

Come on down!

We are still enjoying Marble Falls and will use 281 to get to Dallas area. I like to drive the little back roads when I can.

Thanks for thinking of us!
