R U an RV Mutant too?

It's starting!

This AM. The little buggers are back. First look at the menagerie.

I wonder what the rest of the summers gonna bring?

Here's what I've been busy with.

Had a leak from my shower skylight. Ruined the cherry wood surround. Skylight is on order.

Temporarily patched the skylight and decided to get the inside finished.
Nice to be able to use my carpentry skills once in a while.

After tearout and finished wood install pics.

See, I'm not the only RVer with a Smart toad. Have you seen the Smart that is carried sideways on the truck that pulls their 5th wheel?

I have seen it. These folks are having MCD shades put in the Dip. They drive the smarty into a trailer. They keep his tools and off season clothes in there with the smarty.

Very nice Les! Wish I had those skills. I could do that, but then it would look like I did it.

Me too. Saw one at Catalina State Park last fall. Of course, when you use a rig like that to haul your 5ver, you have limited choices for a driver.

And at 8' 8" long the Smart itechnically makes that setup too wide. But I imagine the haul truck make the Smarty look even smaller.
