Be safe, all y'all!
We just crossed the Alabama state line and are at the Mississippi Welcome Center on I-22. We won't be there until tomorrow. It has rained on us all day, but most of it has been light. It's stopped for now. I'm sure the rain will return once I start driving again.

Don't have too much fun without me.

Congrats Marty, that's great!

I recently went to Dr thinking I was really doing good. I had lost 16 lbs and really feeling good. Problem was at the Dr's office he said looks like your only up a couple pounds since last year, meaning I had gained 18 to start with!

True dat! Some of them have a PS: "No we won't!"

Gonna miss ya at GC, but really glad you skipped the Big Problem. Now get on with that green, low-carb stuff Barb's puttin on yer plate. (Me too, only I'm the one who has to put it there.)

JK of course, but I do worry about you fellas.... in retirement, we all think we will have time to get fit and lose a few pounds , but all that eating out gets in the way I am afraid.
I hope your partner's procedure goes well... then you can relax a bit and your blood pressure will get a bit lower and you can enjoy life a little more... and if Barb has her way, you'll be able to do more fun things if you lose a few too. I've lost 50 since the last CL curiosity. Still have almost that many to go to get where I otter be... so know you aren't alone in all this!
Wow, congrats on the weight loss, Marty. I think I found it. Oh well, I'm going to claim that the fat smooths out some wrinkles and go with it.

Glad you all made it safely!! Don't have too much fun!

Our day is one of "those" so far. Raining and trying to load. One tire pressure monitor won't work. Water pump won't shut off after sanitizing. Ugh. I need an adult beverage.
