Wow... Quiet here this afternoon... wonder if the sushi put everyone to sleep! Hoping to hear about the closing ceremony soon...

On the other hand... had real nice afternoon weather this afternoon... kind of crisp this evening. Hope the weather is wonderful where you are!

Scatter Mutants far and wide, to your waiting rainbow rides.

Your new adventures now begin, drifting with the Wayward Wind.

With battered roofs, but undimmed souls, now resume your destined roles.

Search out now your favorite climes, living through your magic times.

The universe awaits you now, so find your path as you know how,

And live this dream with all your might, from early dawn to day's last light.

This is not a practice run; while we live, let's have some fun!

The universe is at your door; go out there now for evermore.

Do not regret some undone try, or let some special chance go by.

There is no more that I can say; as of now it is your day.

Hi Marty - we celebrated your birthday tonight - and all mutants of course... the pinata took a great hit from Tim - and finally Papaw Steve knocked it's tail end off...

RVM gave a heartwarming closing discourse and the slide show ran. More pics will be added and the final posted to the website soon.

Tim made dutch oven cobblers and Ed and Jackie brought ice cream. Annie had an assortment of sweets as well. It was a great night.

Larry and Cheryl headed out tonight - and many mutants depart tomorrow. A few of us are staying a few more days to recoup and continue on our repairs and insurance estimates.

It's c'ya later on down the road time as the journeys continue. a bittersweet time.

Great effort Tom. Some excellent sentiments.

We head to the S & B tomorrow a.m. Parting is such great sorrow.

Definitely had as much fun this year. All, I say all, need to experience a Grand Curiosity.

Those things always give me the quivvers... grown blindfolded men with bats flailing at a small object suspended in space while the others stand around watching (and waiting to get hit...) Looks like a grand time was had by all, and, TLGPE...er... Tom/Jan... that was a great poem...someone needs to stick that to a tune so we could form a goodbye circle and sing it when we part....

No, but we were busy putting things in our "baby" today and I finished lining shelves. We are taking her out this coming week for a few days close to home. We will be making lists of things we want to do before a longer trip - put up soap dispenser, add the extra screen door bar, make a key holder, just ordered step covers today, etc.

DH is checking out the stop bolt on the slide as it sounds like ORV might have a problem with them.

Big trips this year will be Yellowstone in July, Wallowa State Park, OR later in July for ORV campout and then Bryce. There will be several smaller trips too. Can't wait!

Wow! The rainbow is sleeping in this am, or everyone's having too much fun. Good morning everyone.

Larry, Cheryl, gone like a ghost in the night. Well they did stop for cobbler and ice cream but disappeared again, this time gone!

Great couple, truly enjoyed meeting you two in person, safe travels friend!
