Had the MH insurance adjuster by yesterday. We pointed out some additional damage. The awning cover (full slide) had a hole in it from the hail. Don't know if just the metal cover can be replaced or if the whole thing is one item. He'll look it up and inform us. Also, the fiberglass roof has 4 cracks in it. Most likely get the estimate in eMail today.
I had called to have a company come in and clean the MH before the adjuster showed up. Much easier to see damage when things are clean. The company did not show so I cancelled and Earlene and I cleaned the MH. Citrus was real shiny for the adjuster.
I'll have to post some pictures of the cleaning. Most of the men are going to enjoy it. Also there is a photo of how to properly trim palm trees fronds.
Later.

I keep forgetting to mention this one. I saw a great idea in Vegas last time I was there. An RV parked near me was apparently owned by some bumper sticker collectors. Instead of trashing up their RV, the stickers were mounted to the insides of the storage bay doors. That way they were protected from the weather, too.
I'm thinking they would be protected from sticker picking monkeys as well. On the same theme, I ordered locking hatches for my water tank fill spout and the city water connection. Sena has lost multiple caps for both. It's not easy to live with this brat!
Dewayne, I may be calling on you for installation advice.

Today's instructional pictures are on how to properly trim, clean, and inspect a roof. (Trust me, that is not me on the roof) She has been training me for 54+ years. I think she has done a good job, and I don't care what you said.

Thank goodness they have a fence there to keep the river back.

It is so unfortunate that she never takes a picture of me working so hard to clean Citrus. I guess she just assumes you all know me so well that you understand how hard I work.

Closest Blue Beacon is 50+ miles away. Roof top cleaner lives real close to me.

Ya know, one of the very first pictures I ever saw you post was with Earlene on the roof...Some things just don't change!

Dave,
Spring must come late to VA. I imagine in a week or two that rustic park will be beautiful. Great price for FHU!

I'm guessing her camera's shutter speed is too slow to catch you in the act of w#~king hard. it's like some of those small towns you drive thru -- blink and you miss it.

The dogwood and redbuds are full, and will be nearing this stage when we get to PA on Friday. Have followed Spring all the way from Yuma!
