Bro Dwayne. When someone asks you to vacuum the house, you get out the vacuum and pull the start cord and cuss it because it won't start. Flooring is a little different. Just miss and hit the coffee table, break a few things, and you will be finished with doing fixits around the house. Do I have to teach you everything?

The necropsy should have been completed today and they will be looking for a couple things. The flash sonogram may have some signs of an intestinal twist but that doesn't make sense because he never showed the kind of discomfort that would cause. Basically every theory that have has some symptoms that fit the situation but are directly controverted by other issues. The full results of the necropsy will take about 3 weeks to get back to us.

There isn't much concern that this was some kind of virus. Nothing fits that scenario.

The bottom line is that what ever happened hit quickly and hard. It caused his body temp to spike which led to some combination of seizure, fever and dehydration.

Thanks to all of you for your kind words. Sandee is really having a hard time with it.

Don ditto from us on the hugs for Sandee. When we lost our Lexie we were devastated. Lexi was just two and when we had her spayed we were not aware she had a rare defect that would not let her blood coagulate and she literally bled to death internally. We didn't let money stand in the way of allowing the vets to do anything they could to save her. After a blood transfusion she was still too weak for surgery to coterize the bleeding vessels and we had to make the decision to let her go. She died in Barbs lap and Barb was totally devastated. It took quite awhile for her to decide to soften her grief with a new puppy but Molly is now a part of our family two years later and the memories of our beloved Lexi will live with us forever. I know in time, Sandee will get past this and cherish her memories of her furbaby. Blessings to both of you.

Here comes more hail! Just checked RadarScope and there is half inch hail headed right at us. I just love Spring in Oklahoma.

Yesterday evening I stood in the garage with the door up and watched hail pummel everything. It was marble sized at our house, but golf ball sized elsewhere. These cotton farmers out here are born gamblers. I've had friends who've watched all their crops get beat to the ground by hail. They might have expensive crop insurance, but it is still a huge loss for them.

I am really glad Bow lives in a doghouse a couple of miles away. She would've gotten hammered otherwise, and joined all her coach cousins in the hail damage category.

Barb, was your MH out in that hail when it hit in OK? I sure hope not! ... Oh, I just now read your response to Carl. So glad to know all you got was rain.

See, proves the point. Once they know you can fix things it becomes endless. Had we met 20 years ago you would have been trained by now to avoid those fixit things, sit around, drink beer, become round!

And there we have Wayne's life strategy. I must admit it does work for him, but only because of Earlene.

Luv ya, Brother!

Attention Annie, Mary is demonstrating the fashionable way to wear her boots! Notice how stylish she looks working in the garden!

Attention Sue, Mary wanted to pass along our efforts for the first time in three years, to grow a garden!
