Gonna need a crowd for a pig...Tim and I olloked into having one on spit for the luau and they are expensive. Doubt they would let us dig a pit - but there's plenty of wide open spaces... never seen a sign that said "No pig pits allowed."

You mean this one... 2 shoulders and a roast... as Barb has pointed out - gonna need to make purchases ahead of time - but I'm good with that. I'm actually going to try to work in a couple briskets if time permits. And if I'm lucky - I may try some fresh caught trout...

Ya know - when I look at the room on the top rack - I believe I could have stood a couple tacks of ribs and some sausage around in there...

Lol.. fear not, for smoke shall gently rise as delicious edibles are slowly smoked at Bryce canyon. The line forms behind the Grand Poobah...

Thanks Barb, I was afraid I'd wither away to nothing!

Oh Bob!

I keep singing,
Would you like to ride in Bobs Beutiful Machine
Would you like to glide in Bobs Beautiful Machine
Up up and away in Bobs Beutifal Machine,

Everyone sing now

Yes... we're all going to whither away in Bryce Tim, provided we stay there a couple of years... lol.
