Herb, you are the only person I know that has to hold their arms out at shoulder height so the rest of us can see if you are rolling or waddling! Sheesh!

Is it time to get a haircut?

Was out eating tonight, and after I had finished, was holding the 6mo grandson. A waitress approached me from behind and ask "Can I clear you table for you Mame?"

She corrected herself after seeing my beard!

What will I do at Bryce!

I'd have thought she would have asked what circus you were with, Ma'am.

Well as long as no one confuses me with Bruce Jenner!

You know, older, strapping athletes with long hair!

Ok so I've been thinking a lot as some of you know a I came to a cross road. I had a choice to get busy dieing or get busy living. Then I read stuff on here and other places. And I have decided to many people need me and I need to many people. I know sounds weird coming from someone like me who can do crowds but I believe it to be true so for the last month or so I've got busy living. Going out of my bubble. Meeting people and trying to do things that I would usually stay away from. So it time to get busy living

I have been so worried about you, but knew you were the only one who could make that decision.... Any form of
Depression can take its toll... Hope you have begun gaining weight back, there are lots of people who need you, but there are also lots of people who love you... To be needed and to be loved, well... Thats all... There are lots of us,
But i know Shara loves and needs you.... Most of all.. Hugs to you both.
