Jumping into a few brews and training for Jeffs arrival... had a Gluten Free in honor of the Grand Poobah. It was not to my taste... but it was beer.... now on to the local fare - Back Road Stout... an Oatmeal Stout... the Sammy Smith Oatmeal Stout is one of my favorites.

Many gluten free folks are turning to hard cider... Many to choose from from dry to sweet....
Oh and some made with hops!

The Greens was an Amber Ale, so they vary and some I like and some not so much... this was just ok... the label has Millet as primary and it may be the Sorghum that I'm finding a little odd.

BTW - it's a beautiful evening in Amana!

Thanks for that, Marty. I will give it a whirl!
I have found that anything distilled is GF.
Bourbon is my choice in that. I blame it on a trip to Georgetown KY years ago.
OTOH, I have found a nifty new travel target. The Shawshank Prizon, that was not in Maine.

When nearby, we will NOT miss it. You?

Still - a good beer is mana for men sent from heaven... fear not - like everything else - a cure for Glutenitis can't be far off..

So now I'm editing and pondering why my font went tiny without being asked to... shrinkage...

In the Northern Ontario part of Kanukistan we were issued chainsaws when we wanted to go swimming Victoria Day (Memorial Day) weekend. It had to have a six foot bar too because the ice we wanted to cut through was about 5 feet thick.

Hey everyone. Hope that you are all having a great Memorial Weekend. We just picked up a new family member at the airport today. His name is Henry.

Why does this picture that Steve posted remind me so much of Railroad right of way? Even the bridge looks like a through truss. Nice picture there #2.

How cute... gonna need a bigger motor home. Lol.

I guess you won't stop adding till the arm is actually pulled off...

Been missing your ponders and so on. Hope you've put your Hail of a Curiosity dings behind you. We should be in Sioux Falls on June 3rd. Well have the car in the shop then...
Keep in touch. Wish I had a sixer of your brew!
