Anniversary and Birthday wishes to those with the proper dates.
See y'all later tonight. Today is yard work day unless it goes over 100ºF again.
Damn I love summer and dry heat. Mostly makes all the Arthirs go away.

Just planned our route from here to Vegas. Have lots of calls to make on availability. It is summer time.. and by the sweat on my brow - planning is strenuous, but beats W*#king lol.

Our 48th anniversary is tomorrow. I married a saint with limited memory storage capacity. That makes me tolerable to be around for 48 and maybe 15-20 more.

Happy Birthday Larry...
Condolences to Sandee...
48 years!? She could be a saint!

Strange that I happen to have all of the cowboy accoutrements.
Hope to see all y'all if possible at Rubys Inn at Bryce canyon Itah, August 15-23.
Maybe the Opening of The Kimono will not do this time. Perhaps the Opening of The Saddlebags? The Chuckwagon?
|
I vote we keep the kimono opening. It's tradition!

Cowboy shirt? Two or three yards of purchased fringe trim, pinned or stitched onto an existing shirt for a yoke trim should do it.
Bandana fabric is cheaper than those skimpy little things they pass off as the real thing nowadays. Cut whatever size square you want; hem or not. FrayCheck does a good job if you don't want to sew.
Now all you have to figger out is those jingly things for your heels.
Borrow a hat and you're home free on the range. Right? Goferit!
|
I'm adding fringe & bling to an existing t-shirt to go with my silver & black boots. I'm thinking Mr. Malone will have a hat, bandanna & badge. Don will probably show up as a gun slinger......
