Mac will outlive me! He's only 24 or so, Macaws have been known to hit 100.

Dang Mel, my appointment with the bone specialist is in October. We should have coordinated our replacements and had adjoining rooms.

Speaking of light rain, we have truly been spared. No flooding, no heavy rain - yet - and just biding the time when Citrus will be ready. Of course we can't travel while all the flooding is happening on the route we take.

Thanks for any prayers and healing ohhms!

So sorry to hear this, Dwayne. I know how hard it is to lose a pet; my thoughts are with Shara.

A friend of mine inherited an African Gray when her father passed away. She was freaked out at first because the bird made her father's "noises." (Coughing, clearing throat, etc.) Then she started finding little eggs hidden in her closet, lol.

Same here; lots of rain but no flooding. When is Citrus getting out of the hospital?

My sis and BIL are down in FL today, checking out a 2008 Itasca Ellipse. I believe it's 40' and has the basement air. Apparently it only has 15,000 miles on it, so it probably needs tires and diesel maintenance. What's your take on the basement air?
