Sue and I are now recovering in a hotel near LHR before setting out tomorrow on the first leg of our adventure to a cozy little cottage near Bristol.

Will stay in touch with pics!
Ya didn't take your RV?

That's a hard one to say. It depends on the year and this year has been different. We didn't have the snow last year in the mountains that we normally get and everything is very dry. We have fires going on and dealing with the smoke right now so I'm glad to be leaving in a few days. A lot of time Sept is really nice - Warm in the daytime and cool in the evenings.

How many RVMs are planning to winter in AZ this year? We could maybe arrange a few curiosities, possibly a winter GC?

Hoping to be there some this winter.... Wanting to.... Want to spend a month or so.... But.......

Larry was diagnosed as CDK (chronic kidney disease) stage 3 moderate.... Last week his potassium was so high the Nephrologist we saw yesterday, said his heart coukd have easily stopped and no ICD could get it going again... This is a progression of insulin deoendent diabetes.... But for now it is ok, and we adjust his diet for low potassium.... Guess what noodles are good.... Lol...

See that dr again in November. We are so fortunate, we got in to the new head of the Nephrology Division..... Top doctors...

But we will not be able to until the battery in ICD is replaced........ Ran that test again this week....
Havent heard yet.... His cardiologist is head of the dept too..... Univ of Ark Medical School and hospital..

We keep you and Larry on our Omms list. And we hope they change that battery soon. Hard to be trapped by a battery, but it's amazing the battery can be there and do its thing at all. So amazing.

As for the other condition - I'm not too up on it but just like the battery - they do amazing things these days. I have know folks that can't get enough potassium - too bad we can't work out an exchange

Keep us looped in. Can't imagine not seeing you, Larry and your little dogs too this winter. It was so nice do the gulf Coast with you last year - albeit a little cold. Lol. But the food and friendship was great as always.

Just be glad it doesnt stand for post mortem...... SMILE...
It was about pancreas cell implants... His pancreas shut down as a result of cholesterol gall stone blocking his pancreatic duct... Not high cholesterol, his was too low good cholesterol... Which caused his heart attack also....

We will monitor where you all are and will try to catch ya....
