Saw that after the fact.. and too lazy to edit. This being retired is wearing me out.

OK - not sure what will happen - but let's see if we can see the Inyo together. Not sure how to make that work - lol - but it sounds like a plan. I would love to take Annie to Tahoe / Truckee / etc. One of my favorite places.

My SIL has both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. He takes long acting insulin plus mealtime insulin. He eats first, uses an app on his phone to calculate his carbs eaten and then doses himself with the mealtime insulin at the end of the meal.

I can ask him for more details if any are interested.

We are fine. Sena is driving me nuts as usual. I spend daytime hours serving her royal brattiness. Thankfully she goes to sleep as soon as darkness falls. I do have a new Sena story.

Sena is able to play outside here except the 2 days before recycling pickup every other Tuesday. She likes to rob the neighbors bins. We are parked 30 inches from the back of my daughter's garage and a storage shed beside it.

From the window beside our bed Sena can jump to the shed roof, then onto the garage roof. Then she runs across the garage roof so she can watch people walking up the sidewalk. If they are walking a dog she can safely threaten the dog.

She believes that there is no need to wear diapers outside and I've let her win that one -- mainly because I am powerless to assert my will when she can so easily get away. So I have to retrieve used diapers from the ground and the roofs of the RV, garage and shed.

She will also carry outside things she has stolen from the RV -- food, silverware, Lily's toys, water bottles just to name a few. This evening when I was doing pickup detail I noticed she has come up with a new use for the gutter than runs along the edge of the garage roof. It is now a monkey cup holder. Water bottles and food set on the roof slide off, but sit upright when placed in the gutter.

I'll try to remember to get a photo tomorrow when there is enough light.

Good evenin Muteys!

Been bzy bzy in Denver but work is done. We had to stay in Loveland cause every park in Denver was booked! Heading out in the morning for Salt Lake City. Not too sure if I will push to get there tomorrow evening or stop about halfway and go in the next day.

Timster if your going to the peak then have lunch at the restaurant cause the food is pretty good!

Stevo I'm tryin to get all this equipment changeover done so we can make it to Bryce but next week will tell if we will make it or not. I have to be in Seattle at Costco headquarters after Salt Lake so if we can squeeze in enough time to go south to Bryce then back North to Seattle we will but can't say yet!

Wayne maybe we can cross paths somewhere cause we are eventually heading south all the way to Sacramento. Will probably be there a week to ten days.

Back bacon, British bangers and eggs. What more could an ex-pat want. Well, there is an old pub down the road.

Sue just spotted a John Deere tractor in a field above us so we can't be far from home.

R U an RV Mutant

Well... we have a snag, but luckily a few days to correct. Went to start the 7500 Onan Quiet generator no go. Fault 32 no crank. Have it opened up will see what I can do with it. Did hot wire starter and she runs so don't think it will keep us from using it on the way to Bryce but will require a little fanagling.

Guess its my turn to have something to spend $$$ on.

Which app? Is what i would like... I have several, but dont like them.... There us a great one from Kidney
Both types? Larry takes long acting insulin at night and fast acting at meals, but is type 1, His pancreas shut down after gall stone blocked the duct.... So his body doesnt make insulin...

I can just visualize Sena putting things in the gutter... Smile....

R U an RV Mutant too?

I guess it's safe to post something now, bein' as it's a civilized hour in the Midwest and nearly civilized further out yonder. It's 1:45 here, I could only get about 2 hours sleep, and Martin's not feeling quite up to par and so has toddled off upstairs to nap.

Pics, anyone? I've been outside wandering about and thought you might enjoy some of these.

Our cottage is on the north end of a large country home, with our own private entrance, (Edit: whose pic has suddenly disappeared! I'll try again later.)

The house is surrounded by flower gardens and nestled into the Cotswold Hills:

Toward the north you can get an idea why the local town is called "under edge" -- Wotton-Under-Edge, to be exact. (BTW, that's pronounced WOOTn! Woot!) And Neathwood, come to think of it, must refer to its position below the woods.

Signal comes and goes here, so I'll quick-like-a-bunny send this off and get back to you with a few more in a bit. Cheers!

Onan now isn't that made/owned by Cummins? Hum, seems I meet someone that knew all about Cummins!

Getter fixed son and come on out, the weather is grand!
