We'll chill out most of the day.. last minute shopping - bike on rack - etc as we roll to Bryce on Thursday. We will be driving 15 North to 20 to 89 into Ruby's.
I'm sure Annie would love to go to Vegas with Mary - say October or November. But no way - until the Temps drop.
I think we're about an hour and a half from where you'll be, and I drove a good section of that today going to Cedar Breaks. You might want to day trip there...

R U an RV Mutant too?
Second leg of our journey. Bristol to St Andrews.
Bristol Temple Meads train Station
The original terminus of Brunel's Great Western Railway.
Bristol is where Wallace and Grommet were created at Aardvark Studios.
These little figures in various guises are all over the town.
Riding the rails. Free and First Class of course which includes complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits. Also enjoying free wifi which enables me to send this at 100 mph.

I'm pretty sure we are going to spend this winter in AZ. We will miss our FL monkey friends, but driving from Seattle to Tampa is getting hard to do.
We will boondock on BLM land, but I'm not sure just where yet. I like the Tuscon area and have a friend whose DH is stationed on the AF base there. And I want to go across the border at Yuma to stock up on some OTC drugs at the Purple pharmacy.
It sounds like we will have many opportunities for Curiosities of all sizes.

Marty, how do you snake proof a dog? Snakes and Lily have me concerned. Sena is instinctively afraid of snakes and anything snake shaped. She hates the vacuum cleaner hose.
I'm also trying to get enough 12 volt LED lights to wrap around the RV to keep pack rats away. I've read some horror stories about them chewing on wires and making nests in the engine.

R U an RV Mutant too?
We changed trains in Birmingham and are now heading for Edinburgh in one of Virgin Trains' Pendolinas. First time for us - on these trains the cars are suspended from a high point and swing out on the tight curves on the West Coast main line thereby allowing higher speeds and greater passenger comfort.
We have just devoured our latest pork pie - more to follow.
Having just said that, the steward has just offered us complimentary bacon rolls and and fruit salad. Since this is a four hour journey, he said he would return later. Drinks then followed with Sue accepting about a cup of rose wine.

I don't know how to snakeproof but my online friend who trains service dogs and was a desert ranger does. Stephen Salkin from Prescott, I believe. Goes by 'DeRanger' Steve online a lot. Has a Border Collie named Jinn.

Carl I can tell I'm getting closer to Steve, it's been raining for two days! Areas that need rainfall might set us up a place for a Curosity just to bring in the wet weather!
