Magazine completely FINISHED, voice mail message set to "I'll be out of the office until November 3rd", email message same way, September expense report done and submitted, office tidied up, desk straightened, candy in the bowl for the cleaning folks, note on my coworker's desk thanking her for all her help recently, lights out, door locked. DONE.

Now for the fun part.

Oooh! There's popcorn for spectators?? Be right there! 👍

November the 3rd! You're only have a knee replaced. You'll walk out of the hospital and have a few short weeks before the bandages come off and PT starts but you CAN go to work after the bandages come off. I guess you blew some smoke at work and convinced them you were going to be out of commission. Wow!

He Barb, how lon were you DOWN for?

ROFL! Come on down!

Ok, something to share before this Mutant hits the pillow. It's kind of a press release from California wine country ....

NEW WINE FOR SENIORS!

A single glass at night could mean a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep.

California Vintners in the Napa Valley - which primarily produce Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio wines - have developed a new, hybrid grape that acts as an anti-diuretic. It is expected to reduce the number of trips older people have to make to the bathroom during the night.

This new wine will be marketed as Pino More.

Nighty night!

Looking forward to meeting you and Denise as and when. It doesn't matter where or when, but a gourd festival seems as good a place as any and better than some!

BTW, you'd better use my map instead of yours. It's only 16 minutes on mine. 😏
Sue, y'all just drive faster'n me.

We need a symbol!

I saw this on the back of my SIL's car and the thought hit me -- we need a symbol something like this that we can stick on our vehicles.

I envision a Class C motorhome with RVM inside. Sorry, but the outline of a Class A doesn't scream RV at first glance. Anyone have a better idea?

Wayne, I have my own nose picker --her name is Sena.

I don't remember how long I was down, exactly, but I did drive from Washington state to Arkansas 2 months after surgery and hiked the hills of the Zipline course 10 weeks post op. Mel is more motivated than I am so I suspect she will fly thru rehab.

Mel,
They had me walking the halls the next morning, and climbing stairs that afternoon.

Went home the second morning. Started rehab after 6 days. Was walking to

rehab the second week. {about a mile}.

Do all the things they say, and you will be done fast.

O, the bone trauma was only about 2 weeks, and was not that bad..

Oomms, and prayers.
