What Mel missed and didn't post!
Had a great time with Mel and Kate. Anyone in this area needs to pay them a visit and clean the house. Leaf blower was alright, but Kate still griped I missed some spots.

Mel and I moved at the same time so her picture is just a little blurry, but doesn't she still look nice?

Di, did you see the pictures? I think Wayne did a pretty good job with the leaf blower. Don't you? Maybe I owe him some burgers and donuts.....

I'm not sure about the leaf blower, but there sure was a lot of hot air being passed around.

Hi Barb!
---!!--
Good question Gary...
I don't pay too much attention to $ at the pump.

I did find that the last time my parking brake was changed was in 2008, it will get more frequent inspections from now on.

Cheers !!!
Wow. Man, I wish I'd had them check the brakes when Freightliner had Bow for 3 weeks.

But, that's great advice, Jeff ... to have breaks checked annually when you get an oil change. I should have them checked before we take off next year, for sure.

There are some things you don't want to have to learn the hard way ... like when you're behind the wheel going 65. We have to replace one tire before we take off and will set a schedule for replacing others according to date codes.

Y'all doing ok now? Everything coming together with the repairs? When do you think you'll be back on the Rainbow?

Wayne, Wayne ...

I think Earlene, Kate and I agree on who was passing hot air .... But, I'll leave it at that.

(Di, see what happened when he got hold of a leaf blower?)

Oh we are doing fine Mel, but when you are full time living in a parking lot waiting for parts is not fun. However, we had some great ribeyes fixed on the grill tonight with baked taters and kale and spinach we are getting by. Plus Steve and Annie aren't far away either, parts are to arrive on Tuesday with installation on Wednesday, keep your fingers crossed.....

Cheers !!!

Do you mean replace the tires in pairs? We always replace all 4 at the same time on the cars, but don't think we can pull that off on a moho. I'll have a look at the manufacture dates on all of them (once I'm released to drive) and make a plan from there.

The knee is coming along nicely! Thanks.
