In 04 I took 28 high adventure scouts out to a ranch in the mountains of NM for two weeks of back packing. We were to spend our first night in the armory at Taos and or speedy travels got us arriving early. While passing through Cimaron NM I spotted a sign about a historical building and the Free admission was right on budget.
We pulled in and the boys started piling out when one of the other leaders came walking out of the place and over to me. The place was a saloon and brothel in its day. There was no turning back. Yep, I took my boys to a bar and brothel!
When in FL we stopped my Margarettaville too! For some reason I always had a large troop of boys!

A bit of overkill, like covering the furniture??? If you try and park facing east, dust won't be a problem. Ive been out in the desert for 4 days, yes you will pull in some dust . Nothing that can't be cleaned up in 20 minutes.

We're fine, not a drop all day. Houston weather states that tomorrow it start out at 30% and increase by 10% just about every hour until 4 p.m. when it settles down at 80%. Sunday is 100%. How much, don't know.
Worried about Herb & Barb. Dallas/Fort Worth has flooding going on right now.
Hey Mel, how are y'all doin'?
=========================
Tomorrow is a mini-C with Bob and Stef. Bob is in Galveston for the October Fest. Now that area can flood. They are expecting tides 4-5 feet above normal.
Hey Bob, if you want to give it up and come park in the driveway, I can give you 50 amps. We'll have to run the front tires up on my wood ramps to get you within 1% of level.

Linda and I are visiting the grands in SoCal and Sunday morning home to Rocklin Ca. after 4 1/2 months and 10,000 miles touring the USA. Best country in the world but I must admit that small towns have suffered terribly from the big box stores and the loss of young people.
Some communities like Gettysburg Pa. Have maintained a vibrant downtown due to tourists and clearly good leaders.
Not sure when we will explore to this degree again but the sense of strength one feels in America rejuvenates the spirit.
God bless America.

I can picture the arm below shoulder.
Also the arm below elbow.
Then there is the hand below wrist.
BUT...
There is NOTHING below the pinky, is there ??
Seriously, Hope you heal soon...
A wise little lady at our senior center told me to put Vicks Vapo Rub on my broken little toe to ease the pain....
I found this really helped...
