68 F going to 46 tonight... but we had the fireplace going for a couple of nights already... and now they are telling us prepare for possible tornadoes tonight...Yikes! Wind is a blowing for sure! Had to go round up the trashbins already today and tie them down. supposed to go below freezing again tomorrow night. Not winterized yet, was hoping for a quick weekend camping this weekend. Daytime temp forecast in 50's and 60's this weekend. Don't know if there is any campgrounds open! LOL! Gonna check with my local fav. and see. If not...probably will winterize the Honey.

Poor Honey. I'm sure she wants to go!

It's cool here in Vegas again to. The intrepid Annie has run off to the hot tub. She wants her money's worth here lol. The adult pool is heated so we will give it a go. Need to check out the sun pattern at the pool. The site we have is 1 over from where we were in July. The picnic table was always in full sun and the awning was virtually useless. The picnic table now is full shade of the coach practically all day. And guess what? It's cold in the shade! Brrr.

Had a nice conversation with Jim and Ginny this morning. They are making some winter plans. Who know - we may see them somewhere in AZ this winter. I gave them the Feb 1 info and our itinerary. They also asked about the Maritimes and how that planning was going. That's a good question???

Men in Suspenders? Nice! All RVMs in Suspenders? Priceless!
Would we blend in? Naw. We would be the trend setters that get the "Holy Crap" responses.
Hay STMs! Show me your SUSPENDERS
Tim, I give you an OH YEAH
All right, I'm going shopping, or do I already have some? Only the shadow knows!

Goodnight mutants!
NO, NO, NO. . . . treating our MH right by letting it bask in the sunshine of AZ for the entire winter (in storage then in RV park). Mary Ann's first cousin lives in Mesa so he drops by early month to fire up the engine and check on its general condition.

Our old girl is drained of all fluids and sitting awaiting the "Off We Go" date in early January. Once i fill the fresh water tank (pump off) I will plug in a ceramic heater in that bay to keep it above freezing. That way once we are underway I can turn on the pump and get fluids moving when we need them. Being we saw there was snow in Nevada already this year we are skeptical of using the water system before we get to Casa Grande. The air in connector i bought worked as it is supposed to and I just ran air into the "City Water" connection and turned on all taps until water flow was replaced by air hiss. Hopefully we are safe.

If you have ice maker you'll have to run it through several cycles or unhook the supply line to drain it and pink stuff in washer dryer. Also if you have outside sink pink stuff in the drain as well all the traps inside!
