Coleen & Hunter,

Look at RV Park Reviews and the 7 and above ratings would be my pick. Another one is Braunig Lake but ask for the premium side. the standard side is two close together.

Are you retired military? If so, Fort Sam Houston is great. We stay there all the time. I have been to Braunig and Admiralty and both are satisfactory. If you don't have to stay in SA proper there are many CG's within a 20-30 mile radius. Further up the road is Austin and between SA and Austin are some nice CGs.

snort... giggle... I think I had too much to drink tonight! LOL! I lack discipline to get it done.
I saw your 2016 projection on FB! Comgrats!

Make a note. When you want a shopping trip and dinner theater, just tell Bob...

So hears a little game you can play to scale back on your treasures. Every other day or so, make 1 decision. Keep. Donate. Toss. Just one thing.

Have a box or place for donate and toss. You don't have to move things at decision time. But at the end of the week gather em up, take em to the curb or charity.

The decisions get easier and become a habit. We need to do it this coming month. But like you, we need to get the discipline going. Having spent a good deal of 5 years doing it, we've gotten a wee bit lax this past year on the rainbow.

Marty, I'm with you. And Steve, I'm with you.

While out on medical leave, I've been trying to go through our collection of 20+ years of stuff. Whew! It can get overwhelming!

But I figured out Steve's system. If I'm disciplined, it works. We are giving away tons of stuff to family and friends, donating tons of stuff to Salvation Army, Goodwill and such, and throwing away another ton of stuff. Purging. It feels great. Kate didn't think I could do it. Proving her wrong.

So, Marty, your cleaning/purging wouldn't be in preparation for hitting the outer Rainbow full time, would it???

We finally ... I say FINALLY ... have all Bow's mechanical issues fixed. Need new rear view camera and tow set-up for Arrow, but those we will get in early March. We're keeping fingers and toes crossed that she'll be satisfied with just regular maintenance for the coming year.

Wish we could join you brave souls who are going to Maine in August, but we will be in Michigan about that time. In mid-September we will be in Burlingon, VT for a week and then move to a different part of VT or NH for another week. Anyone up for a mini or midi in Vermont or NH?

When we figure out our general itinerary for the first 6 months of this adventure, we will send it out to everyone via email in hopes we can work out a few mini and/or midi curiosities with some fellow Mutants.

Hope everyone is healthy & happy! Di, is the hand feeling better? Steve, did you get a good medical report at your last Doctor appt? Wayne, did Citrus get new legs (levelers)? Did anyone solve the mystery of the Murder at Ropelight Gulch?

Any mutant in my neck of the woods would prompt me to have a mini/midi for sure. Just let me know where cuz VT/NH are just a couple hours drive away!

Hey Steve, I quoted you but didn't post anything. For the fish, we were at Landry's on the Kemah Boardwalk, and I never asked what kind it was. I think it was snapper.

Earlene had the blue crab cake. Both meals were excellent. The stuffed Jalaps were wonderful.

I love the fried snapper. One of my favorite gulf coast eats!

Howdy STMs!
Quiet as usual here. Yesterday included some pool time and a drive that ended at the Imperial Date Ranch with tamales and date shakes.

Thanks for the hint guys !!!

I took a quick walkthrough of our house & made an optimistic guess -- It could take 1,389 YEARS !!! Then, there is the "Shop" too...

Anyone want to come help???
