Guess that just applies to Mary!

But do you know the answer to life, the universe and everything? You must know the answer before you can be the center.

Not complaining or whining, just stating facts. ...

Or, I'll be happy to help organize some meals and activities once we are at Dead Horse. I'm thinking low-key and no pressure. We will no doubt have plenty of adult beverages to go around! And Kate and I are planning a special treat for everyone there! (And no, it does not involve dancing, thank the Rainbow.)

Can hardly wait!!!
Organize - This group... heck, we will eat rice, beans and soda crackers with cheeze whiz and drink water. Lol.

I am certainly in favor of a couple of traditions, but we have yet to look into the day trip aspect of the area. I know there are lots of options.

So the Bloody Mary Morning / Eggs Benedict Morning can stand alone or be combined.

A Kimono Opening

Mutant Smoked Meat, aka the Feast of the Mutants

Jeep. Did somebody say jeep?

Yep, 42 is the correct answer! Pretty slow for cruising in the RV but you would sure enjoy more of the landscape that way.

Ah but yes I do! Won't spoil it for everyone else, though. 😉

No, no, no Dave. You are mixing your metaphors. Those 2 numbers have nothing to do with each other. Geez! This is how rumors get started.

somehow I highly doubt the truth of the above mentioned speed. Especially since you are planning to drive from Florida to Tucson in record time.

Or are you calculating speed based on the full day? Let's see that's 42mph times 24 hours .... OK that's 1008 miles/day so if you drive for 10 hours then you drive 100.8 mph, but a respectable 63 mph if you only drive for 16 hours. Either way you are a glutton for punishment.

R U an RV Mutant

Good morning mutants...Hi Mel!

Really rough w**k schedule... for this week and next. Go in only Monday Dec 28 to drop off PC and say bye bye.

Been w**king on the S&B... varnishing doors, painting trim and triming out as needed. Oh the fun.... Did take a day and made a bed for DGD's American girl doll. Came out fantastic....even made the beding for it.

Take care...got to go, my paint brush is calling me.

That's my "average" speed over the course of a day. It includes rest stops, sleep stops, eating stops, etc. stops...I keep the RV at around 60 all the time (whatever 1650 rpm or thereabout gives me).

I was just calculating my Tucson trip and if I maintain that speed for 16 hour days, it'll be just a tad over 3 days to get there, which is my plan. If I better that time, I'll see folks sooner than later!

One step closer to your goal. Woot!
And a lovely bed you made for DGD! Gramps is crafty!
