In a perfect world, it will sell in early March and we'll have 3 weeks to vacate. But, we're not going to set a rock bottom price. No hurry to sell.

I'm feeling really good, Steve. Compared to the first knee replacement, this one has been like a walk in the park! It's amazing. The therapist that has been coming to our house is very complimentary of my progress. I'm a hard worker and do all my exercises 2-3 times daily, and several of them I do multiple times daily. The outer Rainbow is my motivator, not to mention our Mutant family and the prospect of seeing many Mutants in the coming year as we roam the Rainbow. You can understand my dedication to rehab! I am ready to start the Journey!!!
Wonderful news on your rehab and future plans. See you and Kate at Dead Horse Ranch. . . . . . . the other Steve

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. 9:25 a.m. Apache Junction time.

This afternoon we head for Glendale and the Gila River arena. Gooooooooo Red Wings. Wearin' my red shirt, my Red Wings jacket, and Red Wings ball cap.

Well, the thread sure came to life overnight. I had ketchup to do!
Some are wheeling, some are healing, some are sittin on the dock of a bay, some are wishing to do the foresaid, but all are truly Mutating!
Steve, on Reaching the Outer Rainbow, you used words that my heart felt at that time. Thanks!
New rigs, selling the digs, new roofs, and WOOT to Papaw Steve for prepping the FESWGC plans so well.
I have lots of Gorilla tape on hand!

Well, that and she works at a dr. office and doesn't get a lot of vacation without jumping through a ton of hoops, so she chose the once and be done route.
In my case I chose to do both because they were so bad I wouldn't have been able to rehab one at a time AND I didn't want to miss the first GC!

Walking the CG loop this morning, I saw or heard goldfinches, cardinals, chickadees, mockingbirds and one other I couldn't identify.

Along the highway, the first palm trees of the season. Probably not the last.

Running down US59 toward Houston. Watch out, Miners! We're liable to make landfall this afternoon.

That is not fair! You just went out to Calif. to be the first to meet Dennis and Denise. Not fair at all. I'm Dennis's friend, well at least Earlene is.

The full timers are always on top of the hill - and always peering down from the outer rainbow. Tag or no tag.
