Mutants, we have an offer from a buyer. I'm not supposed to be sharing this just yet, but I simply can't help myself! I'm so excited! The offer is for full asking price, since the lady already lost one garden home she liked. Realtor told us, "She doesn't want to lose yours!" It is contingent on her selling her 2,868 sq ft. house in a swanky neighborhood. The realtor said it's a beautiful home and she is confident it will sell easily.

And, how's this for a coincidence ... the name of the woman who made the offer is Melanie. Is this meant to be, or what?!

But remember, you didn't hear any of this from me .....

Ain't life grand?!!!

Here are a few more pics to enjoy.

The first one was of an emergency surgery. Mrs. Malone had to have an operation before her grand appearance.

Some picture Dale took from the jeep ride. He says thanks for the ride.

LOVE the pics! Such a handsome group of STMs!

And those dream catchers you girls made are beautiful. Truly. Shara, I look forward to learning how to make a catcher of dreams one of these days! So wonderful that you were willing to share your craft.

Di and Larry, I bought a bike rack yesterday afternoon at CW. My nephew will mount it on the moho rear ladder. I'm going to take the bikes in to a local bike shop just for a "check-up" and "tune-up" her in the next week or so. They're such cool looking bikes! We just love them! Thank youse!

Here are a couple of pics for all you STM's suffering the cold in Tucson. These are ice sculptures in the works for the upcoming festival. We saw these in McCall Idaho when we were on our way to Tucson.

Breathing normally now, Steve. Heart rate down. Pupils normal. One step at a time, one day at a time. Back to packing. Oh, I told my boss I'm retiring. Likely won't even have to return to work now. He was very supportive ... and a tad envious, I think. A teriffic guy. I really will miss my work buddies.

Marty, a big congrats to you! Life IS absolutely grand, isn't it?!

Dennis, y'all "may be in Apache Junction" ... ??? I hope you mean Dead Horse! We will likely head up to Santa Fe and stay a couple of days to see friends there. Then it's west on I-40, and south at Flagstaff to Dead Horse. We will be leaving on or about March 30, so it will depend on weather and forecasts whether we take I-40 or take a southern route and come up through Tucson and Phoenix to Dead Horse. We will take our sweet time since we'll have 5 days to get there.

Party on, Mutants! Life is short: Eat dessert first.

They are ice, and I hear that she was chatting up all the guys in the jeep, not sure who she was favoring
