Good morning Muteys!

It's a beautiful day here in Prescott, AZ. We head north towards Sedonna today, making a slow journey north. It's still a wee bit too chilly for us in northern Arizona. We're trying to follow Spring all the way to Seattle.

I forgot to mention that yesterday was Sena's 19th birthday! We took a trip to Lxnx Lake with Mel. Pics in the next post as I have to go to the IRV2 app to post them.

We hiked almost half way around this beautiful Lynx Lake. Not bad for 2 old ladies with metal knees. Sena wasn't too excited about it, but Lily had a blast. We stopped for a break and I let Sena off the leash and she took off uphill! I had to shuck my Crocs and take off after her barefoot! Lessons learned -- throw my sneakers into the day trip bag and don't trust the brat to behave in strange places. She didn't go far, but instinct told her to go uphill. Without Mel's cane we would have rolled down the hill and into the lake. Click image for larger version

Happy Birthday yesterday Sena.... I now have you in my book.....

Sunny here.... First sun in a week, been rainy or cloudy.... But not hot, not cool...

We were awakened at 5 am by a pack of howling coyotes. Then 2 howling dogs... Yes in the city... Thought at first it was just my two, but neighbor confirmed the coyotes started first.... So anticipating a nice afternoon nap....

🚍 🤗

JUST ABOUT TIME FOR ANOTHER round of RVMutant where are you?

Zeelarry and I are at home in Arkansas until family campout with sons, dils, and Grands in May...

I know Martin was enthralled with the sight because he had to keep his eyes open.

We are home and it is raining. We are 40 miles South of Houston and they are flooded. Anyone traveling don't travel anywhere near the Houston area. There are 3000 square miles affected by the storms. So far so good here in Texas City. Roads are bare, pumps are working, storm subsided for now.

EVERYONE, please have safe trips wherever you may be.

As noted by Wayne... be safe mutants. Keep an eye on the weather.

We have another week here in Camp Verde, Distant Drums. Still 20 degrees cooler in Flagstaff (high in Camp Verde today 78 degrees... Flagstaff 58.)

Happy birthday, Sena! May the years treat you as well as your mum has!

Oh, checking in:
Crossing OK on I-40, enjoying seeing green again. The big storm broke into a northern and a southern component, allowing us beautiful weather to drive east.

We noted, for another trip, the Roger Miller Museum at Hollis. It's in my new Di-style book of lusts. Or would that be "lists"?
