May I suggest a little north by northwest and a connecting ferry ride?

BTW I just added three more solar panels to our collection and hopefully I will get them installed within the week so we can have them in place for the up island adventure we are heading to weekend after next.
Hard to believe we are going camping again.

Also - this isn't a big shop - 4 or 5 bays. They are working on her now. I hope nothing else is amiss. I opened the bedroom slide for them and they said - hey we can get it right here. We shall see. Hopefully on the road tomorrow.

I use the same type facility here, Fl/Western Star but they have a specific RV mechanic that works on RV. Nice for me. I wish it were an Oasis shop but they still give me the FCCOC discount.

Barb, you do have an EGR valve but it is nothing compared to a diesel engine. Even "Smarty" has one.

Steve, Kate and I do the same thing! But with the purchase of the Tiffin, we've got Christmases, birthdays and anniversaries covered til we're 90!

Mutants, please turn up the mohmmmms meter for poor Murphy. We are "this close" to picking up our Tiffin (this Wednesday), and Murphy decided to throw one more problem at us. (Is she mad at us for wanting to get rid of her?)
We are dry camped in Prescott Nat'l Forest. After parking, I decided I needed to move the coach forward in the campsite a bit. Cranked her up, raised the jacks (slide was in), pushed brake in and put her in drive. She would not go forward and the brake popped back out. This happened on each attempt to put it in gear and go forward. Nada. Zilch. Of course, I suspected something with the brake. So I pushed hard on the brake pedal and it went all the way to the floor. Sigh. Could it be a broken cable or something? I know nothing about brakes on a motorcoach.
We decided to fuhgetaboutit til Tuesday morning, when we have to be out of the campground at noon. I'll call Good Sam's roadside assist that morning and get a tow to a shop. We are holding our breath that it won't be another $4,600 repair. Trying to stay calm and just enjoy each day we have in this beautiful site. Well find out on Tuesday what the deal is. And we pick up our new ride on Wednesday, so we have something to look forward to!
