Yah... just chiming in here ... got the feels for Annie and Bonita and you , Bro. Hate to see any of you put through all that frustration.
Thinking of Shara this AM and her dear mama too... please get better mama so you can get your surgery!

Well I must admit that on day 2 I alienated the service rep.... she doesn't even look at me now. But since she didn't listen to me - she wasted 2 days of everyone's time and my money. That's a no no in my book. Once everyone is on the same page - speaking the same language you just have to let it play out. I'm on my way there shortly. The shop foreman comes in at 8 and the tech between 8:30 and 9... so while my clock is wound pretty tight, my early morning presence will serve as an indication of my feelings...

That's usually a pretty good indicator that you day is off to a great start.

I hope you didn't think I was bei8ng flippant the other day, as we do feel for you and Annie while you're going through this ordeal. Ohhmms and Mohmmms sent your way hoping you end up with a better outcome.

Well Steve this will not cheer you up! This is not one of my always cheerful, enlightening, helpful post. But here is what it is! Good storm passed through campground the other night, knocked out power and SAT so I set in passenger seat and listened on 2 way as the Rangers and Sheriff Deputy tracked the storm. Very hard rain had me thinking how grateful I was for the new roof, thanks to the hail of a GC!

Then from nowhere, well actually from the new TV antenna they placed on my new roof the drip started, then poured! Not anywhere near the issues your having but it brings me around to my favorite saying! Man I love RVing! Hope by now things are a lot better!

Dennis.. I didn't think you were being flippant. I just wanted you to know that for my money - the diesel is #1 and I'd love to see you in one. From air brakes and suspension, ride and handling the wind etc.. it's hands down the only way to go. Just my opinion of course. If I were you, I'd go test drive a bunch of diesel A's just for fun! They call it shopping... not to be confused with buying. Lol.

Steve and Annie - - - - mohms sent your way for Bonita. The saga is reaching its final chapter I'm sure. Chassis repairmen and their supervisors should be experts on THEIR brands. Their ineptitude would not be tolerated by a over-the-road trucker whose got a load to deliver. Likewise, it should not be tolerated by RV customers that expect them to be experts on their chassis' functions.

If each FL is not privately owned, I would bend the ear of corporate HQ to let THEM know of your low opinion of their service departments. Ask HQ how such a major step in the repair process could ever be overlooked. That's like forgetting to secure the brake pads while doing a complete brake job. It just shouldn't happen.

Flaggstaff FL should not be allowed under the hold of anything more expensive than a Ford Falcon or Chevy Corvair. IMHO

Little Miss service supervisor seems to think that customers should never point out obvious service department problems. I think she's of the opinion that she doesn't take any crap from anyone other than a ABQ customer that gets his or her 20-30 trucks serviced there on a regular basis. You don't have enough "skin in the game" to deserve good, prompt service.

Good deal Colleen.....
The 2nd and 3rd on your list has water...
Kayak maybe? Weather could be hot or cold....
2nd one caters to rallies.....

I tend to like smaller campgrounds... But any would do....

Diane toftSFM#64....... (The Original Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant) and is retired, duh!
