I gave mine to a guy, he put it at the foot of his bed in his S&B. It really was useful, the drawer underneath held bedding.
Aside from that, they are totally useless.

Nonono! They are great for putting up one's feet! Sit back in the corner, tootsies up toward the J's arm, add book and cuppa, or watch TV. 🙄

Unfortunately i am short, and the only way i can sit is to climb into that corner, but i end up all balled up and making my legs cramp..... Good for pups to cuddle on either side, but that is about all.....

Looking at other places, but hate not to get matching upholstery while it us still available....
Replaced the 2 jack knife sofas in other coach, with one couch and a recliner and it just was never right feeling....

Wish/want list....

We stay in Carlock... just far enough outside Normal to mutate! And they have mutated well water... it bubbles...

Annie walked across the way to the cemetery... paid respects to those gone before. Took some flower pics. Outside our door she found a feather. The things ya see!

That is just the basement and under the coach. Lots of room on this one.

It is a 2 Stroke but no need to add oil to the fuel. Just to the engine it's a Detroit so it marks it's territory. LoL so on a trip from North to the south just add a gallon of oil and your good.

Wayne I will be boondocking a lot. But I'm just a phone call away.

I keep looking at it going where do I start but I need to quit just looking and do stuff to it. I have opened up some storage in one bay and made plans to put a cat room in the basement for the litter box with a trap door so it can just go down and up as it wants.
Then figure out this aqua hot it heats the engine coach and hot water. But the hot water part has never been hooked up. So a reading I shall try. If that fails I'll just figure it out as I go. It has a 10 Atwood water heater also not a big deal.

That's neat Dwayne, if I had a cat, that's what I would want to do. And before anyone asks, yes, I had a cat WITH the birds, the great little white hunter known as Ohio (that's where I got him). To this day little Boko will still call Ohio's name out (she says Hi Ohio)

Why don't you just start from one end and just fix everything that needs fixing till you get to the other end?

We've moved 1,165 miles since Monday the 16th. That's not actual miles, just what Mapquest says.

We have stayed in 6 parks in the 9 days, with 6 travel days.

1,165 ÷ 6 = 194.17 miles per day.

Day after tomorrow we will run 245 miles. That will put us at 201.4 miles per day over 7 driving days.

Raton KOA 1 night
Haggards Pueblo West 2 nights
Goodland KOA 1 night
MMDC Resort 2 nights
Topeka KOA 2 nights
Shoemaker RV Bevier, MO for 2 nights

Today from Topeka we ran the black roads KS 4 / US 59 up to US 36 over to Bevier. The day started off with early thunderstorms that were gone by the time we rolled out at 11 am. Got lucky and didn't get rained on hooking up the car or stowing the utilities. No rain the rest of the day and only a small bit of wind that played out quickly. All in all an easy 205 mile day.

As for the parks and Papaw Steves rating system. I'd rank MMDC as number one. The other parks are good for a couple of nights. We could stay at MMDC Central or the Western Annex for days on end.

Annie liked them all really but the Raton KOA was the least of them. Nothing wrong with the place. Not a lot to see in Raton, typical NM Moutain park. But then again, I could hang out in northern NM for extended periods. Annie is taking a liking to NM and CO too.

We would like to visit Hannibal MO but not sure we will get to it this time through. Behind on getting to Normal.

Not much else to say on this leg of the journey. Check ya later mutants!

If you get there, let us know how it was. We have a few days scheduled at Mark Twain Cave on our way out to St. Louis in July.

There's a lot to see in Hannibal. With it 4 hours from Normal, I think we may see it on the return trip. Deserves a week me thinks.

I could spend an afternoon in this place just trying to pull Possum out the door.
