Granddaughter is finally here. 7:10 weighing in at 8'13 and head full of long curly hair! It was over heard that she had the blue eyes like her Grampa and had his dashing good looks. Well I heard it, cause I'm the one that said it!

Thanks for sharing, Di! It is a really good article, and the pictures help tell the story. I treasure your painting of the peppers and feel privileged to share time and Mutanthood with you.

I've read the bottle tree story too, and may look through the rest of the magazine. Regional mags are usually full of stories an outsider would not know about. So thanks again, and congratulations!
