Is anyone else watching the Shark Week on Discovery and Nat Geo Wild channels? You won't be catching me swimming in salt water and maybe not even kayaking there either! And now I see that Bull sharks can swim up rivers into fresh water.  the good news is that Bulls are not coming this far north ... yet

Oh the humanity... it 6:50 am and I'm on the second cuppa... Today I get to drive Annies mom and dad to Rockford and back. We have to be at her moms house at 8:30.... how do I get myself into these things. People seem to think I am having surgery because I feel great... and her sister asks - will Steve be swimming... sure. Why not give the sinuses a dose of pool water. That'll fix me right up!

To be honest, I'm not a Curious George fan. He is not a monkey. The lack of tail puts him in the ape category. Those books are responsible for so much misunderstanding about monkeys.
But that yellow hat comes in really handy when its pouring rain and I have to go out.
