It's farm to feast here in the Adirondacs. Farmers have their own huge stands.

Looks like there is rain this morning in Columbia MO - out next stop. Nice day here in Springfield Illinois - where you guessed it, the corn is still growing!

A lurker here. I read that someone, I forget off hand the name, is going to Columbia MO. We canp every summer at the Mo state fair grounds in Sedalia. We have family there and there is no other place to camp nearby, so we stay in the fair grounds. It is $18 a night, full hookups 30 amp. Just don't try to stop there when they are having the state fair. Good for an over night, altho we are there about a week ( family you know). Bare open space, quiet Altho the town does have the Scott Joplin jazz festival each year.

Well, Hi there Ms. Lurker Ro...Sie!
So you like our thread but haven't committed yet, eh?!?
Come on... jump in! the water is fine... don't mind the sharks out there....
Tell us what your camper doesn't have that you don't miss, and declare the journey is the destination and you'll be assigned the next available mutant number, get invited to the gatherings called curiosities, and will only get bugged a little bit...
We love getting to know others out there with the same mindset about RVing as we have. We choose to abandon drama, and love each other like family...and the rewards are very enriching to one's heart. Come on in... jump! I'll catch you! NO drowning allowed!

Hello Rosie! From seeing your avatar photo I'm guessing you'd be a great addition to our growing family. Follow the instructions Marty gave you for your initiation. I promise you won't regret it.

Hi there Ro . .Sie. Welcome to the thread. Read a few of the first few pages to see what our founding fathers did to get us started.
Steve and Annie . . . . . Nothing like the "slow rollin" open road. All the way to Columbia, MO is one day. Oh the humanity.
Seriously, I'm glad to see that both of you are well enough to ride the rainbow once more and able to enjoy this fabulously beautiful country of ours. Also, continued ohms to Annie's parents. Hopefully, they will seek an abode that will more fit their needs. Their old home is meaningful to them, I'm sure, but special needs are special needs at this time in their lives. Many ohms for them to seek new accommodations.

Mary Ann and I have completed 2 days of LegoLand. Fun place but it's overpriced about 20%. Much like other parks.
Grandsons are doing fairly well. They're acting like 3 young, immature brothers (memories of those days anyone?)
LegoLand's website sucks big time. Based on their website few people would pay the money they're asking. More pictures in the website as a "tease" would really help. The park is subtly amazing. Their hours could be extended so visitors' pace could be at a more relaxed pace. Rides are excellent and there's something for kids of all ages. Ski show is good stuff. The rides start running again after a shower in a very short time. That's really helps to enjoy the park during monsoon season.
Easy day today. Breakfast out. Wash some clothes for the boys. Spend most of the day at the pool. We're at Cypress Campground and RV Park which is close to LegoLand. 75% of the units were left here in April by the snowbirds. NICE park with all of the perks.
Travel easy mutants.

OH, I forgot. When bringing kids to LegoLand, find someone who subscribes to the Lego magazine. One child free with one adult with the coupon from the magazine. Bring 2 or 3 coupons and the savings increase. Two of our GSs got in free.
Also, home schooled kids have a discount is tickets are purchased online a few days ahead. I'm not sure of the details.
