So Earlene found a huge preheated mattress for Lexi. Lucky little girl.

Well, now that it’s clear that Lexi OWNS all of us, only the question of who she runs to first must be answered.
(I know it’s ME)

Good Morning all had to laugh at the Jed Clampet statement and pic. It brought back a memory When I was building some old cars etc I used to go to swap meets. One particular time I had a red 55 ford street rod pickup. Which we had hooked to an enclosed trailer. We loaded both to the hilt with car parts. Doors trunks bumpers everything stacked high and tied to roof of trailer. As we pulled in to the swap meet our friends referred to us as Sanford and Son. Ha! Cute puppy gotta run take care all.

Wayne,

Puppies nowadays are like kids. They feel entitled to getting their way. Lily won’t wait until my buns hit the seat before she jumps into it. She does the same with Bob. This morning I was half under the MoHo and she kept demanding my attention. She finally gave up after about 12 tries. It could be that she saw Bob sit down and went to pester him.

I’d suggest you teach Lexi "NO!" now and never give in no matter how cute she acts. Yeah, right! ROFLMAO

Not a peep until 3 a.m., then she was crying/howling. We both got up and took her outside. Whey there she did #1 and #2 - put her back in her crate and she cried for about 10 minutes until 6:30 a.m. Earlene got up with her and that is the first accident she had.

When Earlene opened the crate door Lexi stepped out and before she could be picked up she did #1. We think she knew it was raining outside.

Not bad for a first night.

Today is play, nap, play, nap, blah blah blah. She likes my beard.

Nope - just her crate but give it time.

Don't make me go there Irene!

Thanks Richard, I'll tell her you said that so she'll be your friend for life, oh, you also Barb and everyone else.

I think she is doing exceptional, so is Lexi.....

Btw, my 2 girls are crate trained, they sleep in their crates every night, they ride in their crates when rv is moving, when in jeep they are each on a car booster seat with a seat belt to their harness. I dont consider it cruel, just thinking safety for them as well as us....

When they are awake, they stay within 5 feet of my 2 feet.

Please share lots of photos...

No room for a crate in the MH when moving, no way. Just barely have room for my size 12 feet to walk up the isle when it is closed up. Hmm! Maybe I can ride with a slide extended? - NOT.

We tried a safety belt for Miya, and she chewed it. Instead she hung out the window when sightseeing.

I gotta get Mac to do that now that she sits on the passenger seat (where the headrest goes) when we go out now. She loves the view from that position. The killer has to be when someone pulls up along side and sees this big red birds head

I'll get a pic next time we go somewhere...when we were in FL, when we go through the RV park, I roll down the windows and she gets all fluffed up. One time we were going by a fellow camper and he waved and Mac yelled out really loud. It was funny.

You are too funny..... yes there is.... my girls crates go on top of the couch, with the couch seat belts hooked into the seatbelts....
they can also see out the window if they want to...

QT was a chewer... still can destroy a cloth toy in less than 10 minutes, but she loves to ride..... she outgrew harness chewing because she knows that means go...

This fur mom is a worrier, dont want foreign particle in eyes, dont want them to get under foot or cause a distraction if I am driving, dont want them flying into the windshield.... yes i am over cautious

I am really not criticizing.... if you do as good training Lexi as you did with Miya, you will be fine, but my two are terriers.... lol...

Love ya...

Now if you read this far... I found out last night, I got my first painting accepted into the Florida Watercolor Society.... more on that later, but I am super excited...
