Reverse Mortgages, zero percent mortgages, overdraft protection that charges $30 to transfer your own money.

Is there no limit to how the banking industry can insult our intelligence, or does Murphy's Law 14 3/8 always apply. "A fool should not be allow to keep his money"

Why on earth would someone want to pay off a loan to get another one, on the same house? Isn't this like financing money you just financed? This all sounds like one of those legal but stupid ideas someone has come up with to make money off of someone who is desperate or uninformed.
