My son spent a semester at West Virginia U and I remember passing that ramp many times (although without the Toyota reference...)

Yes, Cheat lake is correct. This is a real exit, on a real Interstate, although it has had a bit of Photoshop work done. Been past there many times.

It's for real! honest. That runaway truck ramp in West Virginia on I-68 west as you're approaching Cheat Lake.

You can see the actual exit and runaway truck ramp signs using Google street view.

...And, after you visit Cheat Lake, maybe you might want to take I-68 east into Maryland and visit the town of Accident.

Hey I have 2 Toyota's. If you see me coming down the highway pulling my trailer (Aerolite Cub) could you please get in front of me to slow me down.....

We Toyota owners should have a signal like two arms hanging out the window waving in the air. Or we call a nation wide toll-free number 1-800-Run-a-Way and pinpoint our location for the nearest person to stop us.
