Any chance you'll be selling your MH and upgrading in about 4 years......( when I retire ). If so keep me in mind.

The green hose goes to the pressure regulator then on to fresh water.

Ceiling height is 18', this will allow me to hang 4 ceiling fans that will hopefully reduce my air conditioning bill.

Rear of coach has about 4' clearance and the front has 10'.

Especially like the sewer outlet. I assume that green water hose is your fresh water line.

Do have a few questions for you if you don't mind. How tall did you make the ceiling??? Other question is how much room do you have between the rear of the coach and the wall and between the front of the coach and the garage door??

Thanks for all the nice posts everyone.

Each year when year end bonus came I gave the check to my wife. She handled paying all the contractors. This kept me from knowing how much I was spending, still don't know. I figure it will pay for itself in no time since I am now saving $7.00 per year in antifreeze since I no longer need to winterize it.

Now that it's all done I think I want to move to FL.

Great job on the garage addition. I like how you matched the house architecture and styling. Very nice having your own sewer dump in there.

Had to add the dump, no public dumps anywhere near me, plus I love the convenience of it.

Hey sdennislee,
Great job. It kind-a looks like ours, in a way. The stripes on the floor sure make for easy backing don't they? I only use the drivers side stripe when backing ours. But, I had two put in, just in case I wanted to nose it in for any particular reason.
