RV housewarming gift?

My parents just got an RV. I would like to put together a house-warming gift for the RV and I have some ideas... but, not sure of the EXACT items + open to suggestions of any extra stuff.

Would like to keep the box at $100 or less.

We had a friend give our daughter a plastic storage container for graduation with all this "wacky" stuff in it like a small tool kit, duct tape, nails, screws, etc - seemed silly at the time, but it has been worth it's weight in gold because she never would have thought to buy all these $3 items on her own... so, I want to do the same for my parents and their RV. Since I've never owned an RV I'm not sure what to get...

- the latest copy of the trucker highway map book
- some really good ant poison or other stuff good for keeping pest away and making camping relaxing
- peppermint oil? / cotton balls to keep mice away

I'd be happy with a $100.00 gas card.

Do they have an ERS (emergency road service) that is RV specific? A first year of Coach net or good Sam would be a needed item if they don't already have.

Get an "apartment" type tool kit.

They have an assortment of very handy tools, screws, etc.

I have professional mechanic tools, but that box is the one I use the most rather than drag out the big tool box.

A good sized one will run about $30.00

In RVs space is typically at a premium. You probably don't know what space is available for tools or other gift items. AS post #2 suggested a fuel car with $100 credit takes very little space and definitely will be usable.

Since 1999, one of the handiest tools I have used in the MH is my electric drill (used as a screwdriver most of the time) Second might be a bottle of wood glue, assorted wood screws, sample rolls of Eternabond Tape and a good lightweight tool box. Other assorted hand tools, test lights, meters, pliers and electrical connector can be added as their experience grows.

One of the best things I bought years ago and use every time I level the motor home is a rv ez level. A link follows
RV EZ Level - Camco 20601 - Levels - Camping World

You might want to get them some small things, toilet paper, tank chemicals, micro fiber rags ect to fill the container and then put a gift card from Camping World or Walmart in with it. I know that everytime we go on a trip I visit both stores for supplies I need (and some I don't but they look cool). Either way there is always stuff you need for your MH.

A jar of Happy Camper tank treatment, a box of throwaway gloves, a small flashlight, a roll of slipstop from Walmart, a few of those black hangers that keep clothes from falling off, a notebook and pen - has many uses! - a small pair of scissors, tube of Gorilla glue, a magnetic box to hold a spare set of keys in a safe place, RV toilet paper, and a good pair of pliers.

Lots of good ideas! Thanks.

I think I will pick through this list + add a 2015 Road Atlas to the box.

I'm going to skip over tools though because my dad is a handy-man and has two garages FULL of tools and toolboxes...

THANKS

Make sure to get the atlas in the picture below. It's for truckers, (RV is usually as tall as truck) so it will have height info on all bridges.

Spiral bound means it's easy to fold, and flip pages. Laminated means won't tear or get ruined by stains or spills.
