Yes. It is 185 a month. Paid 555.00 a quarter. But that includes a great deal for the money. See web site River Ranch RV Resort florida The association is very well reserved so increase for special assessments is very unlikely. Can get lots for a little as 17 to 18 thousand. The maintain includes everything except your electric. Water sewer cable. They maintain the gassy areas on the lot. Wifi is available for 240 a yr Several repeaters though out the resort. Three wash/ club house. 2 pool tennis courts horseshoes basketball court. Poker room. And more. Money well spent! Let me know if u need anything further.

That is a really nice looking lot, you will get your money back in saved fees in less than 5 years. I was just looking at places to spend the winter in Tucson. You could pay 700-1100 to get something that nice.

Looks like we'll be neighbours.

My folks have been staying in the 400 section there for years, I come down for a few weeks for a visit several times a winter too. Lots of nice folks in there.

Save me a seat in the hot tub.
