RV Trader R U getting what you pay for

Last month I listed my motorhome on RV trader and at times did not get a response to my ad until days after the interested party replied. Luckily I had it on Craigslist as well and sold it. In the last week I have responded to 7 ads and the only reply back from the seller was 3 days later that they had just got my response and had sold it. Not sure if a glitch in their system or what but this is not good for sellers or buyers.

We bought our coach off RV Trader last year. As best I remember, we got a response within 24 hours. After that we communicated via email.

After first telling me all was well I sent RV Trader proof there was a problem and they've now agreed and turned it over to their IT department.

This is not good to hear. Perhaps listing a phone number is a better alternative than an e-mail address. If you don't want to get phone calls maybe you can request text msg only.
