I've been predicting something similar. The leading edge of the baby boomers are reaching Medicare age and will no longer need to keep the job just for insurance. Combine that with the thousands, like us, that delayed their original retirement plans due to the unsettled economy/investment returns and I think we could see at least a small bubble in the near future. At some point, again like us, you get to the "now or never" place and have to decide whether you're going to follow your dream and move forward, or look for another dream.
