Not to sound too skeptical

You know what they say about something that seems too good to be true.

I can see it all now, the big oil companies buy all the world's oceans and salt water will only be $1.99 a gallon.

I wondered how long it would take before this turned into a Fish carburetor thread. Answer - not long at all.

It's great living in Fl. I'm only a few hundred feet from my filling station. The intracoastal Waterway. I'm only 3/4 from the Ocean in case the Intracoastal dries up.

Soooo, how come the ocean's haven't burned up? With all the oil spills over the years mabe there is enough oil content in the water that we can now burn it.

Sounds too good to be true.... Or impossible?
Blacks thought it sounded too good to be true that they might be able to sit anywhere on the bus, to attend college and university, to be free from slavery, and viola! It all happened.

Who can argue with logic like this?

Did you know that if you say the word 'orange' backwards it comes out 'gullible'?

If the size of desalination plants are any indication of what it takes to do this with salt water then it should make our beaches look even more haggard!
