There is a type of paper cutter that is properly called a Guillotine paper cutter.. So he called it what it is.

The is the kind, common in schools, where you have a long knife, hinged at one end and handle at the other and a bord with a metal edge that mates with the knife forming, basically, a pair of scissors.

Photographs fade in time too.

When it really gets bad, you will go into the bathroom and then stop and think "Now, what did I come in here for?"

Many people refer to the hinged blade paper cutter as a guillotine but, technically, a guillotine paper cutter has a blade that moves up and down vertically, instead of in a swinging motion, same as the old French head chopper it gets its name from. It's used for cutting thick stacks of paper. The one I have can cut up to a 1 1/2" stack of paper.

I think you are onto something but I no longer remember when I went through menopause. Should have written it down.
But the really important thing to always remember is......ahh.. Let me get back to you, on that.. I did write that down... someplace.....

(CRS must be an equal opportunity affliction)
