Go to the Florida DMV site. You will find a form that covers your butt for the sale of the vehicle. Your tag will need to be turned in or pay a fine. YOU are still responsible for the vehicle until the title is put in the buyers name according to Florida law.
Your in Washington. The buyer from Texas wants to take YOUR vehicle, registration (not yet transferred), tag and insurance and drive into the sunset?
