RVtrader. Gets the most eyeballs. Unfortunately, it also has a LOT of competition and you don't sound like you have time to "start high and come down". You'll have to start low.. and may end up going lower to sell quickly.

Good Luck.

Try a consignment dealer. Sold ours pretty quick at a good price.

Watch out for unscrupulous consignment dealers. The one we used estimated a $28,000 selling price and the said the only bid they got was for $14,000. We (very reluctantly) counter offered $16,000 and it was accepted.

It turned out that the "buyer" was non-existent, and it was the dealership that bought it. They sold it for $24k! The dealership owner got a fit of conscience and told us what had happened. We settled for what we'd expected, and the dealership made abut $4k on the deal rather than their usual commission of $600!

Just my two cents on consignment...check them out carefully, visit them as a buyer before you show your hand. When we were looking for this MH we went to two consignment dealers. One of them was really less than knowledgeable about the units, and did not know the coaches at all. Also the units were dirty, unkempt and they did not take trades nor did they do much service. Eliminated them from the mix immediately. The other was a dealer who also took consignments, they had cleaned all the units, checked them over and stood behind them with their normal 30 day used vehicle warranty.

We had really good results selling a 5er on RVTrader.com. I would take the option of "until it sells". It will cost you less in the long run! We also advertised it on Craigslist, but you have to watch out for all the scammers!

One bit of advice. Unless it's someone local that you know, tell them you can only accept a direct transfer of money from their bank to yours. DO NOT accept a money order or cashiers check!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
