SmartRVProducts Customer Service

Several weeks ago I sent an email to SmartRVProducts asking if I could buy a new set of velcro pads to move my old fan I took from our TT (when we traded it) to our MH refer. Its been at over a year since I bought it from them.

Mike immediately wrote back that he would send me a new set at no charge and asked if I was still at the same address. He not only sent me the pads at no charge but went to the trouble to look up my home address before he replied to my email.

That's customer service!

AND - So far, there is no ice buildup at all on the Norcold fins and the refer is about 5 degrees colder than before.
