From my house I can see that white stuff up on a mountain. Don't have any at the house & don't want it.
Looks like a long melt time.

The big difference is that we do have the equipment to handle the snow here. Once you learn how to drive in it and you use good judgement all is well. It is actually very picturesque out here right now with the snow on the pines.

We were up in Valdez, AK this past summer and they said they got 85 Feet last winter. I can't imagine that much snow!

Send it this way!!!!! I do not even have enough for a good snowmachine ride. Compared to last year when we had the second most snow fall on record we have little on the ground. It was 43 ABOVE when I left the house this morning. Too warm!!!!!!

I was chatting with some folks waiting for the fireworks at Disney World Thurs night and found out they got stranded here by 36" of the stuff canceling flights to Boston. It's nice to not have to even think about that sort of mess. This is a great place to get stranded, but I feel sorry for their budget. They are a family of 11 people and although great fun, Disney is not a cheap date if you don't live here.
