So, where ya camping/traveling this week end?

Thursday we are headed to Open Pond Campground in the Conechu National Forest (lower Alabama). Be back Sunday or Monday or.......

Grandkids were jumping up and down about going camping with Grandma and Grampa. Then my son told them we are camping with other Grandmas and Grandpas. "Oh. Never mind."

Happy week end and happy camping/travels everyone.

Home made campground with three families sharing. Wooded, campfire ring, screened in hut, lots of laughs.
Be safe out there.

Sitting still for a week

Spent the last 4 weeks on a round-Lake Superior trip. Spent a few days in the U.P., then Makinaw Island. Then down to Toronto (CN Tower), Niagara Falls, quick trip to White Sulphur Springs to see the bunker and the Greenbrier, then to where we are now. Outer Banks, Kitty Hawk, NC.

No hurricanes yet this month, will stay here for a week. Perfect weather, we are 100 feet from the Atlantic.

Happy Labor Day.

Leaving in the morning for the Ill. Samboree, in Henry Il. Caravan'n with 4 others from Wi. Then, on Monday, one rig, and us, will head to the Black hills, and Badlands. Should be back in Wi. by 19th of sept., for our monthly Good Sam chapter meeting, at the Grant River COE, near Potosi, Wi. Hope the HEAT dissipates !!!!!

I may have stated that wrong. I meant to say $20.00 spending limit then were back at the MH. To rich for my blood.
