Sold my house...

.... and was going to buy a nice DP MH to full time in. Perfect situation until that darling dear sweet ex-wife showed up with documents from our divorce 11 years ago showing that she gets $40K from the sale.

So now it will just be a decent gasser MH. Oh well. ... life rolls on.

Soon to become an actual "participating" member here and am very excited.

Tacking, Sounds like she has taken enough from you, blow her off and enjoy your rig. You have many good times ahead of you and the greatest part is you don't have to be in that rig with her. See, it's better already!

The best part is that you had your children to enjoy all those years and did not have a harpy to contend with. And, IMO, a gasser is better than a DP when problems arise. Cheaper to work on and maintain. Many will disagree with me, but to each their own. Find what pleases you and will hold the grandchildren, the only reason to have children. LOL

I'm surprised you didn't already know that your wife was a part owner of your house. Hope she doesn't get part of your retirement too.

Lucky you. She is not living anymore with you. What a miserable life it had been.
Hope you enjoy the best years to come.

Make sure you visit a lawyer before you say or do anything just to be sure.
